Iowa Heart has additional opportunities in all cardiology specialties in locations throughout Iowa, allowing physicians the independence of working in a small group setting, or major referral centers while enjoying the benefits of one of the largest cardiology groups in the country. In-house staff provides support in billing, coding, human resources, transcription, information technology and marketing. The practice offers physicians an electronic medial record (EMR) and remote access to digital test results. Depending on the specialty, physicians may choose to live in Ames, Fort Dodge, Ottumwa and Carroll, Iowa, in addition to Des Moines.
